Player Development
Northwest Florida
Private • Small Group
A private environment built for development.
Player development at The Point in Point Washington, Florida is built around the individual rather than large camps or high-volume group workouts. Serving Santa Rosa Beach, 30A and Northwest Florida, numbers stay small so the work stays specific, with an emphasis on understanding how to impact winning and carry it into competition.
01 — Training
Training
Sessions are built around what each player actually needs. Private and small group training focused on footwork, pace, creating separation, and getting to scoring opportunities off the dribble and the catch. The format may change. The standard and level of attention do not.

- 02

03 — Philosophy
The Work
Training should have a purpose.
The goal is development. Focusing on pace over speed, feet, creating separation, ball handle, shooting — all while generating a confidence that will transfer to the game.
Sessions are intentionally small so details can be coached, corrected and repeated, with a focus on helping each player develop and apply those skills in game situations.
